Pineapple Diet

If you want to reduce some fats within 7 days, then pineapple diet might be a good choice. The pineapple has a very low level of calories and it is highly diuretic. For this reason, it is a very good fruit to slim down. That is why the pineapple diet has become very popular and it will help you to lose 3kg in a week. It is important to drink a lot of water and to do minimum of 30 minutes workout every day.

-          1 toast with light jam
Snack:
-          1 tea with lemon
Lunch:
-          1 grilled salmon fillet with a tablespoon of oil
-          2 slices of pineapple

-          A glass of skim milk or a non-fat yogurt

-          1 chicken breast
-          Salad
-          2 slices of pineapple

Lunch:
-          1 grilled steak beef
-          2 slices of pineapple

-          Cream of vegetable soup
-          2 slices of pineapple
Day 3
Breakfast:
-          1 slice bread
-          1 slice of turkey
Snack:
-          Same as day 1
Lunch:
-          Macaroni with tomato
-          1 pineapple yogurt
Snack:
-          Same as day 1
Dinner:
-       Salad of lettuce and tomatoes with 1 can of tuna with     natural apple cider vinegar
-          2 slices of pineapple
Day 4
Breakfast:
-          Same as day 1
Snack:

Lunch:
-          Grilled chicken or grilled beef
Dinner:
-      Fruit salad made with pineapple, orange, kiwi, apple     and pear.
